What is it?

At RS we want you to be entirely happy and satisfied with everything you buy from us. That's why we offer our returns guarantee.

If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us, in its original condition and packaging, within 30 days of the date you received it, and we'll replace it or credit your account.

What do I need to do?

  • Select the relevant order from your order history
  • Choose the product you wish to return from the list by clicking the ‘Return a product’ button.

How do I return an order?
Please make sure the items are replaced in their original packaging. For returns charges, please refer to our "Cancellations and Returns" in our conditions of sales.
