The Vishay 597D solid tantalum capacitors are a low profile Tantamount surface mount chip with a conformal coating. The 597D series is available in a wide range of capacitance values and voltage ratings that offer low ESR and maximum CV. This series is suitable for a wide range of applications.

Applications:
