Delivery Options

• Place your order before 3pm during office hours from Monday to Friday, and your order will be despatched on the next day
• All orders placed after 3pm will be handled on the following day
• All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday or holiday will be handled on the working day
• Please contact Customer Service for more information of out of stock or Product Plus products

• RS provides flexible express delivery service for urgent orders and will charge additional delivery fee.
• Please contact Customer Service for more information ofa specific day dispatch within the next 12 months.
  • i. Times and dates for delivery quoted are approximate only, and dependent on time required for customs clearance and carrier performance. Delivery of Products that require special handling (because of their nature) may take longer to deliver. RS Components shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay in delivery. Please refer to the RS Conditions of Sale on the RS website for more information of the delivery terms and conditions. Delivery times are from Mondays to Fridays.

• Delivery is free for RS business account.

For Private account holders

• For orders over TWD 1,300 (without TAX), enjoy free delivery.
• For orders under TWD 1,300 (without TAX), there is a charge of TWD 500 (without TAX).
