Bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor diodes with 400W peak pulse capacity in compact DO214AB (SMB) surface mount packages.

The Bourns DO-214AC package, surface mount bidirectional TVS diode has a stand-off voltage of 36V and reverse breakdown voltage of 44.2V. It has a maximum peak pulse current rating of 40A.
