The Dormer HSS straight flute hand tap is a versatile tool. It is suitable for hand and machine tapping, with a straight flute design for both through and blind holes. This straight flute hand tap has HSS with bright finish for 1.5xD through or blind hole threading in free machining and plain carbon steel and copper or copper alloys. Available as a set of three NO6 or as separate taps with taper lead NO1 for short through holes.
