FR4 Epoxy Glass is a composite material made from woven fibreglass cloth combined with an epoxy resin binder to create a strong, flame-resistant insulator suitable for a wide range of applications.

The RS Pro Epoxy Glass FR-4 Sheet with 420 x 297mm sheet size and 800 V/mil electrical strength has a Woven glass fabric combined with epoxy resin system.
