RS PRO DIN Rail Temperature Controller
Ideal for use with NTC sensors from our RS PRO range. Featuring built in On/Off or pulse output status, it can be used for heating or cooling control. Easy to configure and install, with a large clear display giving good visibility alongside a compact design.

Typical Applications:
On/Off temperature controllers are designed to control and maintain temperatures in appliances by turning on or off, depending on the users required pre-set temperature. If the temperature drops below the setpoint, the controller will turn on and increase the temperature until it is met. Once the desired temperature is reached, the device output switches off automatically. Why use an On/Off Temperature Controller?
Used for monitoring purposes in heating environments, on-off temperature controllers prevent rapid increases in temperature that could cause damage. These controllers are often used where there isn't a need for precision temperature control, but where a system is unable to handle continuous interruptions. A typical example of an on-off controller is a thermostat in a system, if the temperature drops below the preset level the system is switched on. They can protect against a system over-heating or over-cooling and have an 'on' 'off' option with no middle state.
