BD9702T-V5 is a single-channel step-down switching regulator capable of PWM operation. It has a built-in P-Channel MOSFET making its efficiency high at small loads. It has lower power consumption because it is MADE under Bi-CMOS process. Its operating current is only 4mA (Typ.) and standby current is 0μA (Typ.).
