RS PRO Cat 6 Keystone Jack for RJ45 Cable


A Category 6 unshielded twisted pair (UTP) keystone jack designed for installation into both European and UK wall plates or patch panels built with a RJ45 footprint. Designed to support Category 6 (class E) networks running up to 250 MHz applications and backwards compatible with category 5e distribution systems.;The RJ45 jack conforms to class E standards and with its small compact design it is ideal for use in high density systems and applications where space is at a premium.;Constructed from robust Polycarbonate with a rating of UL94V-0 for fire resistance dictating that in the case of fire the RJ45 keystone jack will not burn for longer than 10 seconds protecting people and sensitive equipment. The Phosphor Bronze contacts feature a Gold plating for excellent conductivity and wear resistance creating a reliable and secure connection with the cable.;The clever tool free termination enables quick installation, and the RJ45 jacks clamp shell allows easy access to the contacts.
