The Infineon AUIR3241S - Board back to back is a semiconductor-based solution of a fail-safe/fail operational power switch for 12V automotive applications. It has a back to back, N-channel MOSFET common source structure and allows replacement of mechanical relays by cutting the current flow in both directions.
