Apem Halo LED Illuminated Indicators, QH Series


A new illuminated halo designed to impress with stylish visual feedback using optimal high-quality hyper bright LEDs. The functional design enables the QH series to be easily mounted as a status indicator allied with a broad range of 16 mm, 19 mm and 22 mm switches used in either interior or exterior designs. The QH series is IP67 sealed and has zero depth from behind panel and comes in black or yellow frames combined with either a frosted white or tinted lens. These units are held onto the panel by the nut of the switch and an adhesive gasket.

Potential Applications:


Only a few examples of potential applications are shown here but they illustrate how versatile these units are.

Transportation: Can be used with door activation buttons on buses/trains. The dual colour unit could illuminate red when the button is activated by a passenger while the train is still moving. This informs them the button is activated but the door cannot yet be opened. It could then be easily programmed to illuminate green when the train comes to a stop and the doors open.

Manufacturing: Can be used with an emergency stop button. The halo ring could be on continuously for poorly lit areas, or illuminate when the E-Stop is activated.

Security/door access – Single colour provides added visual aid for door exit buttons, dual colour - secure areas, illuminated red no entry, card swipe changes status to green providing entry.

Single colour units are used to indicate when a push button is activated and could be used for almost any industry or application.
