The Keysight Technologies enhancement package is an upgrade path for all 2000 X-Series oscilloscopes sold before March 5th, 2018, resulting in a significant increase in waveform update rate, from 50,000 wfm/s to over 200,000 wfm/s, as well as a boost in memory capacity, from 100 kpts/ch to 1 Mpts/ch.
Adds segmented memory, 250 segments (replaces DSOX2SGM)
Adds rise or fall time trigger, setup or hold time trigger
