The Kingbright RGB SMT LED device is made with InGaN on sapphire light emitting diode. The blue source colour device is made with InGaN light emitting diode. The hyper red source colour device is made with AlGaInP on GaAs substrate light emitting diode. All devices, equipment's and machineries must be electrically grounded.
