The Coverguard Parka has a hood made of Oxford fabric that is integrated into the collar. This means that the hood is permanently attached to the collar and can be deployed when needed. The collar of the garment is lined with fleece. The main closure of the garment is a central zipper. It is covered by a flap, which is secured in place with Velcro fasteners. The cuffs of the garment are adjustable using Velcro straps. There are two chest pockets with zip closures. These chest pockets are located under piping.
