The FTDI US232R-10 is a premium USB to RS232 converter cable. It can also be used to evaluate the FT232R chip and drivers.

In comparison to more basic models, the US232R-10 features a white gloss finish. It also has blue LED lit sides to indicate TX and RX traffic. The connectors on the US232R-10 are also gold plated, for a high quality and durability.

What communication rates can it achieve?

The US232R-10 can deliver communication rates from 300Baud to 1MBaud.
