RS PRO Heating Element, 100 mm, 350 W, 220 V AC
Use this RS PRO heating element for high-temperature immersion heating. Thanks to its small size, it can easily be passed through a tank wall for direct heating in tight spaces. This type of heater is commonly used in industrial settings, such as warehouses or workshops.
The heater's high-impact ceramic cap will stand up to shakes and jolts, so you can use it in applications involving a high level of vibration. Deep holes in the cap protect the wires against fraying when bent for a longer-lasting product. The unit is also safe to use in harsh industrial environments thanks to its corrosion-resistant nickel-chromium resistance wire.
The heater comes fitted with fibreglass-insulated wire leads, which can withstand temperatures of up to +450°C. Use this product with a temperature sensor and control system to avoid overheating.
