The STMicroelectronics Gate driver for GaN power switches supports a high voltage rail of up to 600V. The driver includes high side and low side linear regulators for a 6V gate driving voltage. It boasts an ultra fast high side start up time of 300 ns, a propagation delay of 45 ns and a minimum output pulse duration of 15 ns.
