The 4D Systems Starter kit is highly recommended for all first-time buyers of Systems displays, as it includes all essential hardware needed to begin development. It enables full use of the display's features through the 4D Designer environment. While a microSD card is not always required, it becomes necessary when working with images, video, audio, data logging, or when performing firmware updates. A programming cable or adaptor is also included for downloading compiled code and PmmC or firmware updates.
