The SCS SCS Ground Man Plus Ground Monitor can be used at work areas or locations to monitor the ground impedance of process tools including, but not limited to semiconductor, disk drive and flat panel environments. Ground impedance monitoring can be used for up to three points for metal ground within a tool.
