The TE Connectivity ultra low pressure digital sensor offers MEMS pressure transducer technology and CMOS mixed signal processing technology to produce a digital, fully conditioned multi-order pressure and temperature compensated sensor. It operates at 0 to +250 Pa pressure range.

Compensated temperature range is from -20 to 85°C
Mainly used in CPAP / Sleep apnea, ventilator, gas flow Instrumentation, air flow measurement applications
