The ON Semiconductor NFMECS series of an ecoSpin motor controller is a 3−phase BLDC configurable motor control system in package that integrates an ultra low power optimized arm with a three sense amplifiers and a reference amplifier as well as the ability to drive MOSFETs and IGBTs operating up to 600 V.
