Magelis XBT R compact terminals are used to display messages and variables.
20-character, 4-line display.
Entry is via 12 static re-legendable keys with dual functionality, number entry, 2 dynamic function keys and 6 service keys.
Communication protocols can be downloaded; Uni-telway, Modbus.
The various keys are used to modify variables, control equipment and navigate within the user application interface.
Models equipped with a printer connection can print warning messages.
Compatible with most controllers. (Twido, Nano, TSX Micro, Premium).

Schneider Electric Magelis XBT-N

Magelis XBT-N compact display units are designed for use with Schneider Electric Twido, Nano, Micro and Premium PLCs They are used to display status messages, alarm (stock no. 493-3421) and maintenance information as well as process data. Various function keys can easily be configured to modify parameters, issue machine control (eg. START/STOP), or browse through text information menus and pages.

2 fixed legend, service keys (ESC, ENTER), which are non configurable
2 fixed legend, left and right arrow keys, configurable as links to different pages or for machine control.
4 configurable and legend customisable keys (two can be up and down arrows as shown below). The legends are changed by sliding a choice of legend strips behind the front membrane before panel installation. These four keys can be used to latch or toggle PLC bits, to call other pages, or to increment digits in a numerical value (rather like the function of a mechanical thumbwheel)

All the Magelis XBT-N compact display units have the same ergonomic user interface as follows:

Units are configured using Windows based XBT-L1001M software. The user application is built up in pages where each page can be designed, viewed, and simulated in its entirety.
