Rittal KS Series Enclosures
The KS series from Rittal is a fibreglass-reinforced polyester enclosure with a dyed plastic finish similar to RAL 7035. It has a twin seal on the top and bottom edges of the door that act as integral rain protection strips. Press-fitted C sections on the sides of the KS enclosures enable the mounting plate to be set at variable depths. KS Series Plastic Enclosures are Waterproof (IP67) and Impact protected (IK08)

Long-term UV radiation combined with wind and rain can cause the surface finish to become visually impaired. The protection of the installed electrical components is not affected in any way. If the enclosures cannot be protected from UV radiation, apply a PUR paint.
