RS Components Appoints LA Choong as Regional General Manager, North Asia

RS Components (RS), the largest global catalogue distributor of electronic, electromechanical and industrial products in Asia, announced today that LA Choong has been appointed as Regional General Manager, North Asia – which covers PRC, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
LA is a veteran in the electronic component industry distribution business, with his last position prior to RS being 11 years at Arrow Asia Pacific as the Vice President for China based in Shanghai.
Within Arrow, LA has worked in various general management and sales leadership roles across Asia Pacific and as a result, has a broad experience of both the region and the challenges of successfully driving a business in a high growth environment like China.
