New, high-quality capacitors extend Würth Elektronik portfolio at RS Components

Business-friendly terms enhance access to recently launched product range

Taipei, Taiwan, 26 March 2015:

RS Components (RS), the trading brand of Electrocomponents plc (LSE:ECM), the global distributor for engineers, has introduced the new range of high-quality capacitors from Würth Elektronik, and is offering the extra convenience of short lead times and very low minimum order quantities (MOQ).

The newly launched range comprises aluminium electrolytic, aluminium polymer, ceramic, and X2 film capacitors. These are ideal for duties such as smoothing, filtering, coupling/decoupling, signal conditioning and energy storage in a wide variety of industrial, commercial, healthcare, consumer, lighting and Internet of Things applications.

Almost 2000 new capacitors are joining the extensive Würth Elektronik portfolio already available from RS, which includes power and signal inductors, filter chokes, EMI shielding materials, ESD protection devices, surge protectors, LED, MagI³C Power Module, connectors, and EMC solutions.
